Brought my BMW in here for power issues. At first they told me they would look at it. After arriving they tried to turn me away but ended up having me leave it at their shop. when I brought it in, it was drivable and their specialist had to look at it. left it for 3 days and had it returned to me "dead" they didn't charge me for labor and even paid for a tow. Clearly mishandled and not knowledgeable on what they did. They replaced a cam shaft sensor and spark plugs. Both of the replacements were faulty and after my own research and work on the car I changed it myself and the car is up and running again. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. clueless workers...

They changed all four of my tires and balanced it very quick and great. Also this was my second wheel alignment here and they took their time and got it accurate! The best part is they work late and I never have time to come, which is amazing! Thank you Bobby auto!!

I had a mystery with my 2021 Kia Forte, when new rear tires go to the bold condition just within a couple of thousand miles. Being a returning customer I went straight to Bobby's and was told that the whole rear axle beam needs to be replaced due to being slightly bent, that was unnoticeable for me. As an investigative individual with some knowledge of cars I decided to get an alternative opinion. As I expected, every place I visited told me something new, but not making sense based on my knowledge. So I decided to proceed with the full replacement of the rear axle beam. To my great surprise, the car took alignment perfectly and drives like new again. Thank you guys for your experience and up-to-date equipment!

Worst people to bring your car to, Biggest scammers. They would even charge for things that they don’t do. I came for inspection and there were no check Engine etc lights. I told him that I just changed the battery and instead of telling me to go around and drive 40-50 miles he told me that your inspection did not pass and charged me. Similar thing happened at another auto store and they said drive around and come back and did not charge a single buck

I went in with my car. They did the job and messed up my radiator fan. I had to fix it myself. Also the prices are overpriced. They charged me $150 for a job my mechanic told me $50. My mechanic wasn’t open so I had to go to them. Worst place ever. They definitely know how to talk out their a$$ half the issues they mentioned weren’t even present on my car. Needless to say I will NOT be going there again.
